Registration is now open. Everyone is invited to register. See below to detail.

Student discount
Students rate is applied to both gradute and undergraduate students. Valid student ID has to be presented at the reception desk.
Registration
On-line registration
Please use our form to register. The deadline for registration is November 11th, and deadline for payment is November 17th.
After registration of your information, we will notify you of the details of payment options. The options are to use Japan Post Bank or PayPal.
Your participation ID will be issued when we confirm your payment. Please bring the number and tell it at the registration desk. If we cannot confirm your registration number, we may ask you to pay the registration fee at the desk.

PayPal
Due to constrains on systems, only email-payment is available.
When you choose PayPal as your payment method, we will send an email with instructions how to make the payment.
On-site registration
We are currently planning to accept on-site registration at the registration desk. However, if prior registration reaches certain level, we may close or not open on-site registration.
Reception
We are planning to open a reception. Registration fee does NOT include reception fee.
If you want to participate the reception, please check “participate in the reception” in the registration form. If you would like to change your preference on this, please let us know, with your participation ID, about it via our inquiry form, or inform us at the registration desk.
Place and fee of the reception have not yet been fixed. Please pay the fee at the reception. No discounts will be prepared.
Cancellation of registration
Cancellation of registration will be accepted before the end of 11 November (+0900). Any cancellation after that time will be eligible for refund. All refunds will be made after the conference. handling cost and 5% cencellation fee will be deducted from the money for refund.
